Mike Ferrulli
Lead Pastor
Mike is the Lead Pastor of Lake Sawyer Church. A man with a passion for preaching, powder, and the Dodgers! When he’s not guiding the congregation, you can catch him carving up the slopes, cheering on his team in blue, or playing the ultimate host by crafting brick oven pizzas for his family.
Anna Abson
Finance & Operations Director
Meet Anna, our Finance & Operations Director. Her team keeps the day-to-day needs of the church moving like a well-oiled machine. Don't be fooled by her finance prowess – behind those calculators and ledgers, she's a true Marvel enthusiast, ready to save the day with a spreadsheet or a superhero cape.
Rachel Davis
Worship Pastor
Meet Rachel, our Worship Pastor. Her sneaker game is so strong; even Cinderella would swap her glass slipper for one of Rachel's high-tops. We're pretty sure she has a secret Vans vault somewhere. Armed with a guitar and a dream , Rachel is on a mission to bring worship to every corner of the globe.
Jennifer Lawless
Connections Director
Meet Jennifer Lawless, our Connections Director. She has a heart so big it practically has its own zip code, Jennifer is on a mission to connect people faster than Wi-Fi. She's head over heels for Jesus , but right on His heels are her husband, her son, and Woody, the four-legged furball.
Annaliese Eaton
Connections Associate
Meet Annaliese, our Connections Associate. She is newly married and fully outdoorsy—if it involves a fishing pole, hiking boots, or horsepower (car or elk), she’s in. She’s part connection queen, part Wyoming enthusiast, and 100% ready to help you find your place at Lake Sawyer. Bonus: she’s the only person on staff who can talk hunting and Outback’s Bloomin’ Onion in the same breath.
Sheri Vanderkam
Children's Ministries Pastor
Meet Sheri, our Children's Ministry Pastor. She's not just an expert in marriage, having rocked the high school sweetheart game for over 44 years, but she's also the heart and soul of our children's programs. With a heart bigger than a bouncy castle, Sheri cheers on her 12 grandkids like it's the World Cup .

Lead Custodian
Meet Lisa, our Lead Custodian. When she's not battling dust bunnies, you'll find her traveling to visit her daughters, or in the stands cheering for WSU like it's the championship game – she's got school spirit that could rival the mascot.
Dale Edwards
Facilities Manager
Meet Dale Edwards, our Facilities Maestro, the man who not only knows everyone's name but also how to fix anything – consider him the human version of Google with a toolbox. When he's not playing wizard with wrenches at work, you'll catch him turning rusty relics into roadworthy wonders .
KJ Burkhead
Facilities Team Member
When he’s not jumping in to help wherever it’s needed, he’s sprinting around a track, hanging out by a lake, or debating whether McDonald’s fries taste better at sunset. (Spoiler: they do.)
Jadon Starkey
Facilities Team Member
Meet Jadon Starkey, Facilities Team Member and resident rhythm expert. When he’s not keeping our campus in top shape, you’ll find him behind a drum kit, vibing to his favorite tunes, or unwinding at his go-to getaway: Ocean Shores. If there’s a beat, Jadon’s on it—whether it’s with sticks or setting the pace for a setup.
