Meet the staff
We serve in many different capacities and functions, but we all have the same goal. To help people find and follow Jesus.

Mike Ferrulli
Lead Pastor
A man with a passion for preaching, powder, and the Dodgers! When he’s not guiding the congregation, you can catch him carving up the slopes, cheering on his team in blue, or playing the ultimate host by crafting brick oven pizzas for his family.

Annaliese Eaton
Connections Associate
She is newly married and fully outdoorsy—if it involves a fishing pole, hiking boots, or horsepower (car or elk), she’s in. She’s part connection queen, part Wyoming enthusiast, and 100% ready to help you find your place at Lake Sawyer. Bonus: she’s the only person on staff who can talk hunting and Outback’s Bloomin’ Onion in the same breath.

Dale Edwards
Facilities Manager
The man who not only knows everyone's name but also how to fix anything – consider him the human version of Google with a toolbox. When he's not playing wizard with wrenches at work, you'll catch him turning rusty relics into roadworthy wonders .

Lisa Fong
Lead Custodian
When she's not battling dust bunnies, you'll find her traveling to visit her daughters, or in the stands cheering for WSU like it's the championship game – she's got school spirit that could rival the mascot.

KJ Burkhead
Facilities Team Member
When he’s not jumping in to help wherever it’s needed, he’s sprinting around a track, hanging out by a lake, or debating whether McDonald’s fries taste better at sunset. (Spoiler: they do.)

Jadon Starkey
Facilities Team Member
When he’s not keeping our campus in top shape, you’ll find him behind a drum kit, vibing to his favorite tunes, or unwinding at his go-to getaway: Ocean Shores. If there’s a beat, Jadon’s on it—whether it’s with sticks or setting the pace for a setup.

Cole Skagen
Facilities Team Member
When he’s not casting a line on the water, Cole is reeling in wins with our team. A big fan of all things fishing, he finds peace with a rod and reel in hand. His favorite getaway? The great state of Texas—where the food’s spicy and the fishing’s just right.

Nathan Chung
Student Ministries Intern
Nathan joined the staff to learn the ropes and grow in ministry. With a BA in Business, he can wrangle a group of 5th–7th grade boys like a pro, then switch gears to master the lights, sound, and video booth. Whether he’s leading a game or cueing the perfect moment, Nathan’s all in for making ministry shine
