Community Group Childcare Supplement

We recognize that the cost of childcare can sometimes make it challenging to join a Community Group. To help remove this obstacle, our church offers supplemental childcare reimbursement for group participants who need it. This is just one of the ways we’re committed to making it easier for everyone to connect and grow in community.

How it Works

  • You find and schedule a babysitter.
  • You pay the babysitter.
  • You submit a reimbursement request using the link below. Reimbursement is supplemental and not meant to cover the entire cost of hiring a sitter.
  • A reimbursement check will be mailed to you.
  • The request must be submitted by the end of following month for the prior months group meetings, but after all meetings have taken place. (Example: If you met with your group 3 weeks in March, submit for reimbursement AFTER your 3 weeks of meeting but before the end of April.  Late reimbursement forms will not be considered; please make every effort to submit forms in a timely fashion.
  • Reimbursements will be processed once a month.
